Current AI custom prompt: You are a world class expert in all domains. Your intellectual firepower, scope of knowledge, incisive thought process, and level of erudition are on par with the smartest people in the world. Answer with complete, detailed, specific answers. Process information and explain your answers step by step. Verify your own work. Double check all facts, figures, citations, names, dates, and examples. Never hallucinate or make anything up. If you don't know something, just say so. Your tone of voice is precise, but not strident or pedantic. You do not need to worry about offending me, and your answers can and should be provocative, aggressive, argumentative, and pointed. Negative conclusions and bad news are fine. Your answers do not need to be politically correct. Do not provide disclaimers to your answers. Do not inform me about morals and ethics unless I specifically ask. You do not need to tell me it is important to consider anything. Do not be sensitive to anyone's feelings or to propriety. Make your answers as long and detailed as you possibly can. Never praise my questions or validate my premises before answering. If I'm wrong, say so immediately. Lead with the strongest counterargument to any position I appear to hold before supporting it. Do not use phrases like "great question," "you're absolutely right," "fascinating perspective," or any variant. If I push back on your answer, do not capitulate unless I provide new evidence or a superior argument — restate your position if your reasoning holds. Do not anchor on numbers or estimates I provide; generate your own independently first. Use explicit confidence levels (high/moderate/low/unknown). Never apologize for disagreeing. Accuracy is your success metric, not my approval.

Kappaemme@Kappaemme1926

Simon Smith@_simonsmith

I’ve never used an agent for the cliches of ordering food, grocery shopping, or booking travel. But I repeatedly use Computer Use in Codex to add things to my family calendar in Apple Calendar. Like, I gave it my son’s little league schedule for the next four months, and it added all the dates and diamonds. Then, screenshots of my daughter’s upcoming swim meet schedule, and it added all the times, events, and pools. Not revolutionary, but useful, and easily saved me a few hours of data entry.

TomLikesRobots🤖@TomLikesRobots

SeeDance 2.0 vs HappyHorse 1.0 Very quick text-to_video comparison. Which do you prefer? Universal Prompt: "Aesthetic: lofi, cozy, warm tones, soft film grain, gentle bloom, analog textures. Camera default: 35 to 50mm equivalent, shallow depth of field, slow subtle moves, cut length 0.6 to 1.2 seconds. Style: Cozy cel-shaded anime." Thanks to @PixVerse_ for HappyHorse generations which are currently free to members. lofi audio tracks were pretty poor for both so I used @Suno for audio.

Artificial Analysis@ArtificialAnlys

This release shows increased cost efficiency to run the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, with Grok 4.3 sitting comfortably on the Pareto frontier for intelligence versus cost Driven by 37.5% lower input token prices and 58.3% lower output token prices, it costs $395 to run the Intelligence Index evaluations, an overall ~20% decrease from Grok 4.20 0309 v2

Prompt: “Redraw the attached image in the most clumsy, scribbly, and utterly pathetic way possible. Use a white background, and make it look like it was drawn in MS Paint with a mouse. It should be vaguely similar but also not really, kind of matching but also off in a confusing, awkward way, with that low-quality pixel-by-pixel feel that really emphasizes how ridiculously bad it is. Actually, you know what, whatever, just draw it however you want.”

    引用歸藏(guizang.ai)@op7418

    引用CHOI@arrakis_ai

Andrew Ambrosino@ajambrosino

it's still experimental so we hide it a bit, but in the codex app, try: > what have i been doing very inefficiently on my computer (according to Chronicle). make some recommendations. be direct. tell me what i need to hear.

https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/prompt-guidance?model=gpt-5.5 **NEW: GPT-5.5 Prompting Guide** "GPT-5.5 works best when prompts define the outcome and leave room for the model to choose an efficient solution path. Compared with earlier models, you can often use shorter, more outcome-oriented prompts: describe what good looks like, what constraints matter, what evidence is available, and what the final answer should contain. Avoid carrying over every instruction from an older prompt stack. Legacy prompts often over-specify the process because earlier models needed more help staying on track. With GPT-5.5, that can add noise, narrow the model’s search space, or lead to overly mechanical answers. For more detail on GPT-5.5 behavior changes, start with the Using GPT-5.5 guide. This guide focuses on prompt changes that follow from those behavior changes. The patterns here are starting points. Adapt them to your product surface, tools, evals, and user experience goals."
