When the backlog builds up, it can sweep recent mail in one pass — archiving finished conversations, junking the noise, and calling out the messages that need a reply. The add-in also reads attachments and searches the web and X, so you can look things up without leaving Outlook.

A few rough words are enough. Grok turns them into a reply that matches how you write, or composes a new message from scratch. From there, ask for tweaks: a tighter subject line, different recipients, a warmer tone. Nothing sends until you hit send.
