A quick look at what the Security Center lets you do for those. It has three tabs: Overview, key safety, and IP allowlist.
The overview groups your keys by risk (no spend limit, no expiration, unused for 90+ days, or safe to remove) and gives you a recommendation for each group, so you can find risky keys and fix them from the Security Center.
