imo, initially, model vendors' FDEs will likely concentrate on the largest accounts and leave small firms to independents.
A 10k-person bank can generate enough spend to justify FDEs. A 50-person law firm, mostly can't, so its deployment will be done by independents or small integrators, if anyone does it.
