@harborai_ , a startup founded by 4 Stanford graduates, has raised a $10M seed round to insure companies against failures by their AI agents.
Harbor’s policy lists 6 named perils: hallucinations, action errors, bias and discrimination, contract and SLA failure, data leakage, and IP infringement and defamation.
When one of those failures hits, the policy pays out across third-party liability, first-party operational loss and regulatory defense, with incident response and pre-claim mitigation included.
