Bloomberg 报道,一家由中国地方政府控制的租赁公司为 32 台搭载出口受限 Nvidia B300 芯片的华硕服务器提供融资,而美国规定未经明确许可禁止该芯片进入中国。
Bloomberg: A leasing company controlled by Chinese local governments financed 32 Asustek servers built on export-restricted Nvidia B300 chips, which US rules bar from China without an explicit license.
The evidence sits in financing details that Chinese companies must legally lodge with a credit database run by the People's Bank of China.
Nvidia said it would investigate with its server-making customer, and Asus said it is committed to strict compliance with export controls.
Earlier smuggling cases implicated brokers and corporate insiders, whereas these filings run from a government-controlled lender into a state carrier's computing park.
