Skyfall AI released SKY-001, the first World Model specialized in engineering tasks.
According to Skyfall tests, SKY-001 outperforms GPT-6 Astra and Opus 5.5 on CAD and BIM tasks.
The model sets a new bar for speed and cost per sample, running about 120 times faster and costing about 185 times less per case.
“SKY-001 is currently a Compositional Visual World Model, aka designed to provide a visual plan of an engineered object.“
This model breaks physical objects into small parts and rebuilds the whole thing in CAD, as if it were a real factory!
