Fortune reports OpenAI is preparing GPT-6 Cyber and an unnamed product for automated vulnerability patching. A limited group of Daybreak Red customers reportedly already has the model in alpha, while the companion product has not been named.

The product is meant to sit around GPT-6 Cyber, giving customers a controlled way to automate security workflows instead of wiring the model into everything themselves.

OpenAI already does model-driven vulnerability discovery and patching, so the reported change is a dedicated product layer around the frontier cyber model.
