These are combined future lease commitments, purchase commitments and guarantees, which have grown from about $350B in 2023 to roughly $2.8T now.

The current $2.8T includes more than $1T of uncommenced data-center leases, about $1.57T of purchase commitments, and about $137B of guarantees.
