At the opening of the session, John Peng, President of Huawei's Global IT Technical Service Department, delivered a keynote, during which he announced the official release of Huawei Cloud Professional Services 26.0. He explained that as AI agent adoption accelerates across industries, they are reshaping productivity, with intelligent applications powered by data, AI models, and agents becoming deeply embedded in enterprise operations. Huawei Cloud has developed an end-to-end professional services framework spanning AI infrastructure, data, AI models, and AI agents, enabling end-to-end value creation, from infrastructure to applications. To date, Huawei Cloud has delivered professional services to more than 5,400 customers across sectors including finance, government, manufacturing, and energy.
Building a Cloud-Based Big Data Platform for Smart Retail
Zhang Xin, Big Data Director of Shanghai Bailian Omni-channel E-commerce Co., Ltd., shared the company's journey in building an end-to-end data governance framework, supported by Huawei's data enablement service to drive AI-powered retail transformation. Through joint innovation between Bailian and Huawei, Bailian has been able to break down data silos across business domains, optimize business decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across the entire organization. Supported by Huawei Cloud CodeArts Agent Professional Services, Glodon built an intelligent, integrated performance testing platform using a no-code approach, transforming performance decision-making from human-driven processes into an automated closed loop while significantly improving development efficiency and overall platform performance.
Kingsoft Office: AI Native SRE Exploration and Evolution
Zeng Huashan, Operations Director at Kingsoft Office, shared the company's journey toward AI-native SRE. He noted that the core challenge for AI agents in SRE has shifted from doing things faster to doing things more reliably. Kingsoft Office and Huawei Cloud have jointly developed a core framework built around "One Foundation, Two Paths, Three Loops, Four Gates, and Five Levels of Autonomy."
