Hygon unveiled its 1000 series, expanding into robotics and industrial edge computing with its first CPUs featuring integrated graphics.

The x86-compatible chips pack four cores and eight threads, support DDR4 and DDR5, and handle computing and graphics locally. Their package is nearly half the size of Hygon’s 3450M laptop processor.

A successor is planned for 2027, with the company targeting double the computing performance.
