We gave MiniCPM5-2B from @OpenBMB an old medication list and a newer note saying naproxen was stopped. With OpenMed 2.5, it stays in history, not the current-medication export. Every graph connection links to its source. Local Mac. Fictional notes. Here’s the run 🙂在 X 查看被引用的帖子
