• This view is widely held across parties, genders and age groups
• A plurality of voters (from BOTH parties) support pausing AI. Not just slowing, pausing.
• Only 26% think extinction warnings are a "marketing stunt"
• Anybody who is still framing these fears as fringe is embarrassingly uninformed, or a political hack with an agenda to mislead
