More US adults are using AI nearly every day, according to our polling results.

The share of US adults who reported using AI at least 6 days in the previous week more than doubled from March to August 2026, rising from 8% to 19%.

Over the same period, the share of US adults who reported using AI just one day in the previous week fell from 17% to 10%.
