If established suppliers believe it can cast scarce blades and vanes itself, they have a stronger reason to expand capacity before major customers begin building their own supply.

That response alone could increase turbine availability and shorten delivery queues now stretching to 2030. The competitive threat may therefore ease the bottleneck even if SpaceX never manufactures these parts at scale.
