According to Reuters, Huawei has raised the list price of its Ascend 950DT accelerator card, which integrates AI processors, memory and other components, to more than $37,255.
Sources said the new price is 20%–50% higher than quotes offered two months ago, depending on contract terms. Huawei has publicly said the 950DT, its most advanced AI chip, will launch in Q4 2026.
Two sources also said Beijing-based Cambricon raised prices for its next-generation chip, tentatively called the 690, by 20%–30%. Smaller rivals MetaX and Iluvatar CoreX reportedly made similar increases. Meanwhile, the older Ascend 910C now costs more than $14,900.
