Lightfield has raised $47M in a recent Series A led by a16z, announced by co-founder and CEO Keith Peiris.
Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that can build and maintain a constantly updating model of each customer based on calls, emails, and meetings.
The platform also has agents that can handle: Pipeline generation, scoring accounts by fit, timing, and connection strength. Meeting prep, including call recording and summaries. Record updates and automatic follow-ups drawn from what was said on the call.
Agents can be created from written prompts using shared Skills, Knowledge, and Automations, and connected to other systems over the API or MCPs.
